Ms. Ray is now accepting piano and psaltery student: she teaches locally in Santa Rosa and also provides online lessons for students further afield.
Celeste’s first teaching position piano started at El Camino College, (Los Angeles), in her freshman year of college. Faculty members “cherry picked” Celeste to tutor her fellow class mates.
Ms. Ray’s enjoys an entertaining and passionate approach to her teaching skills to include reading, improvisation, and repertoire development.

Celeste Ray performs an extraordinary one-woman show designed for all ages.
Focusing on the seven Celtic Lands – Celeste inspires her audiences—journeying to the mystical lands of the Celts by entertaining and educating through her music, vocals and storytelling.
Touching upon the ancient traditions of the Celts and focusing on both the Romantic and Modern eras, Ms. Ray’s vocals blend with Bowed Psaltery creating a memorable storytelling experience for all. The Bowed Psaltery, a 25 stringed harp is performed with two bows and dates back to the 1400’s.
Celeste Ray’s unique program has been met with enthusiasm nationally from her home state of California to New York where she currently resides.
